I learned how to animate a ball, and anything else.

Just have to learn how to make a movie and such... like, music in the background, how to move individual body parts, etc.

I got lke, 3/4 of all the levels in the game today, but it got too hard.

But! I found the game to be very fun, I might play it again when I go home.

Fantastic Contraption

U Turn

Problem: Get the ball to the red square. But, theres a giant U turn. You must use 2 types of balls.

Analisys: 3 wheels, 3 sticks. Two Yellow wheels, 1 Pink wheel. 3 water sticks. Using these, you can easily get around the U Turn.

Solution:

I will use 3 sticks, and 3 wheels.

The sticks will be 3 water sticks.

The wheels, will be 2 yellow wheels, and 1 pink one.

It will be in the shape of a triangle.

Today we played fantastic contraption.

It was hard. VEEERRRY Hard.

But developed my problem solving skills.

First off, I must say, this was a very good short! I smiled happliy throughout :)

To answer the question, I think words change from Kind and true to self-serving and manipulative when the person wants to gain something. The main character just wanted to see everyone smile, he was a happy guy, but if he wanted them to smile for... let's say, money? That is somewhat manipulative. He started to do that when he was taking pictures for money.

This game will pretty much big a survey/quiz.
It will be addictive, because you get the reward of being smart! And maybe music playing.
The challenge? Different levels of questions. Yeeeeh

I'm going to do a trivia game! I might keep it basic, like, asking what stats there are, provinces etc.

But then I may make it multiple choice, and if he chooses the wrong, it'll ask again.

So, as you can see, it's X times Y, then X plus Y (X*Y)+(X+Y) i.e 5 Blue, 2 Green. (5*2)+(5+2) = (10)+(7), = 17. It works.

This was really hard to do...lol.

Okay, today we're starting Turing.

We lear abou variables(real, int, string, and boolean), loops, conditions, input/output, functions, subroutines, and comments.

I did this last year, but forgot most of it. After a day or two my memory shold be refreshd though.

Today we learned more about validation. Aaaaand the bell just rang.

Gotta work on getting my webpage validated.

Today I learned more about Text positioning in CSS. I also put more pages onto my portfolio website.

So, I worked on my webpage and I got some cool stuff done! I got a banner that says Tremont in awesome shiny golden text, and I changed the background to something easier on the eye.

So now, all I have to do is link the 3 webpages togethor, and start filling them in!

Today I am continuing to work on my portfolio webpage. Hopefully I can get better at using the CSS.

Well today I started making a little wesite portfolio for myself, and all I got done was the bakground and navigation bar on the left. I might work on it a little bit at home, because it IS interesting, but it's taking a while to get the hand of it.

Learned more about CSS and how to actually use it.

Still kind of difficult, I need to practise.

Today I downloaded a template from oswd.org, and it was pretty awesome. Anyway, I opened it up in dreaweaver and there was a bunch of code.

We also learned about framsets, and that they are really annoying. :D

Sept 14

Today I learned about CSS, it was interesting because it was the first time I learned about it. We also did math during class, and Mr. Gallant happily helped us, and it actually really helped. :D

So today we learned about tables, and how to use colspans and rowspans.

It was quite interesting actually, because this could be used very often when making charts and such.

What I did today

Well I made a little website with a picture, and the picture brings you to google. That's what we've done so far in class, and now I'm going to www.oswd.org to find some kind of template, and look at the source code. But the silly website doesn't tell me which ones were made in CSS, so it's making me frustrated.


In other news, a cat was run over by a rampaging donut.
